It is necessary to increase employee morale who are the major asset of an organisation. This could be done by appreciating their hard work towards achieving the goals, holding meetings with individual or group in order to understand their problems, training the employees so that they are in par with the latest technologies and giving them responsibilities .These will keep the employees motivated which in turn contributes to the growth of the organisation.
